Questions parents ask
What data do you collect?
Only what the parent's account and the character creation need. Your child's details are never public and are never used for advertising.
Who can see the drawings and characters?
No other user of the service. You see the drawing and the character, and only the people and providers needed to make them handle them, as listed in the privacy notice. A creation appears in the public showcase only if a parent decides to publish it, and even then without the child's name or details.
Is it a social network for children?
No. There are no public profiles for children, no messaging between users and no contact with strangers.
How are the toys made?
They are 3D printed by partners we choose with care, with selected materials and finishes. Before printing, every creation goes through checks on thickness, stability and delicate parts.
Can I return a toy?
It's a one-of-a-kind piece made to order, so the right of withdrawal doesn't apply; we say so clearly before payment. Defects and shipping damage remain covered.
